​Abstract
The present article is grounded on a critical analysis of the literature on juvenile delinquency, as well as on assessing the contributes of Nursing Care professionals and students on its preventions, in the framework of the "National Plan on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency" proposed in 2010 by the Permanent Observatory of the Portuguese Justice.
