Seeks experts in youth / gang mediation in order to develop new and more effective practices;
Finds points of agreement and make those in conflict agree, on a fair result, taking in consideration all the relevant characteristics of gang contexts, juvenile delinquency, street violence phenomenon;
Uses available networks to improve mediation in an afflicted gang community;
Designs innovative practices for effectively resolve conflicts within gang contexts.
