FRAME GANG partnership is quite a challenging mixture of public/private, for profit/not for profit organisations sharing the common interest of the development of safe communities, served by equipped and adapted professionals. We have worked together in previous LLP, E+ and DG JUSTICE initiatives concerning urban safety (from reducing school violence to bringing education on prison) and concluded that the “missing link” towards a truly developed sector is the integration of the community professionals in addressing gang related challenges, impossible task without a common understanding, definition and structure in terms of professional training.
