Knows/understands of national / regional / local policies and programmes relating to gangs;
Identifies responsible authorities for gang related policies and programmes;
Understands how and if the gang related policies and programmes impact one’s work;
Adjusts activities/processes based on knowledge, needs and constraints of gang related policies and programmes;
Adapts one’s current practice in accordance with national / regional / local policies and programmes relating to gangs;
Recognises limitations and challenges of national / regional / local policies and programmes relating to gangs;
Understands the European context of the gang phenomenon;
Develops a plan to counteract the limitations and challenges of national / regional / local policies and programmes relating to gangs;
Re-redesigns or creates new processes and systems to get around obstacles using good practices from the European context;
Promotes the change of gang related policy at national / regional / local policies;
Proactively scans environment to identify long-term risks and proactively designs contingency plans for dealing with the gang phenomenon.
